Shipping & Refund

Delivery Info

• All packages are shipped with Pos Indonesia and will be handover to your national post office.
• All packages comes with tracking number. Please check the tracking regularly!
• The total shipping cost is calculated based on total weight (g) + base price with packing fee.
• Estimated delivery time: 1-3 weeks after package are submitted to post office.
• PHONE NUMBER required during checkout! (it's written as optional by default but please fill it in)
• VAT/TAX NUMBER If you have it, please write it down as well to ensure the package delivers more smoothly to you when it arrives in your country
• CUSTOM TAX may apply during your item's arrival & we are not responsible for the local tax in your country.
• OTHER REGION NOT LISTED/LARGE GROUP ORDER: please ask me directly and I can check if I can open the shipping for you.
• Missing/Returned packages:
  1. I'm not responsible for damaged/missing packages due to courier's mistake/accidents. I'll always make sure the packing is safe for long travels.
  2. Returned packages: I will need to do a reshipping fee and will have your confirmation. If you do not want a reshipping, refund (minus shipping & packing fee) will be granted.
  3. You can do full refund ONLY if packages get returned due to my mistake (ex. wrong written address/item sent) minus initial shipping & handling* fee payment. *handling: packaging etc.
